New assessor accreditation provider announced
Design Matters National (DMN) will be providing assessor accreditation services for NatHERS for existing homes from April 2026.
DMN – an Australian peak body – was chosen through an open and competitive tender process which featured strong submissions from a range of providers.
The DMN team will take over the role of assessing applications for accreditation from the NatHERS program team which has been managing this work during Stage 1 of the NatHERS expansion.
