Software tools update making a positive impact

There has been positive feedback from assessors about the recently updated versions of the AccuRate Enterprise and magicplan software tools for existing homes assessments. The new versions were released by CSIRO on 1 July.

Tool updates included:

• streamlined data collection form
• improved integration between magicplan and AccuRate Enterprise
• enhanced AccuRate Enterprise functionality
• simplified assessment methods.

Accredited assessor Michael Tibbs from Nest Empowered contacted the Home Energy Rating team to explain how much the updates have enhanced the assessment process.
