The delivery model provides a framework and arrangements for NatHERS for existing homes, while reducing administrative complexity and managing risk.
Feedback in August 2024 shaped the initial delivery model (Version 1). Over 40 submissions were received from assessors, community and industry groups and over 750 people attended a series of webinars.
A targeted public consultation in late 2025 informed the inclusion of the data collector pathway. The additional pathway is expected to be available from late 2026.
