A factsheet introducing the whole of home ratings and the 2022 NCC requirements. 

The 2022 National Construction Code (NCC) introduced the requirement of a new minimum thermal performance rating of 7 stars under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS). In addition, all new homes must also meet a minimum annual energy use budget (Whole of Home rating).
