This protocol outlines how Assessor Accrediting Organisations (AAOs) must operate and support new homes assessors.    

This Protocol describes the processes that Assessor Accrediting Organisations (AAOs) must undertake once approved by the NatHERS Administrator. AAOs accredit Home Energy Rating (NatHERS) for new home assessors to conduct assessments for regulatory purposes.
